    Support/help/customer service?

    What do you guys think of SEOclerks Help desk?
    I think these guys are simply awesome. I even remember a few of their names because I ask for their support almost every day.
    Sometimes It is difficult understand them, I feel they tend to jump onto some other topic, then what’s prioritized by me, but at the end of day 99.9% of the time I get what I want.

    Also, I think they’re really fast in response compared to any other help desk that I have encountered with.
    And I do rate their service every time.

    I think they are very awesome. Very very fair. Reasonable. Just and understanding. Every time I've ever needed to open a support ticket it's always been dealt with very promptly and fairly. There are a few people I prefer my tickets to be dealt with but that's only because I know them better than some of the others. But even when it's not, it's still dealt with promptly and professionally every time. I think the SEOClerks support team are all hand picked people so that you can expect a fair and professional reply and dealing with whatever matter it is you need dealt with.

    I've never found them difficult to understand though and they've always stayed on topic for me. That might have been an isolated case and there may have been a good reason for it. But you have to give them the benefit for helping you when they respond quickly. Those guys probably get a lot of tickets to deal with every day and some of them must be for the most mundane and oddest of things. Yet they still go out of their way to help you and deal with the matter in a fair and reasonable way for the benefit of all.

    Seo clerk support team is the best I've ever known.
    They never ignore a message and reply as soon as they see it.It is really fast when compared with other support services....
