HTTP and HTTPS in the same time?

How do we help Google index both categories? SSL and non-SSL?
Or how would need to do, being better indexed by Google?
I entered the https site, I wrote an article ... but generated link is http

Better to use https only. You may have not https configured https properly. I think you may be using WordPress.

You should not get both because Google can consider two type of links and they will be indexed by Google.
You should redirect from http to https so you will not have any problem when using https.
