    Many buyersdo not understand that they need to submit instructions

    I have encountered this problem several times. Many buyers buy a service, and then do not submit any instructions. So as a seller I get the email that someone has bought the service, but I cannot even see the order in my dashboard among my sales, let alone submit the work as I cannot access the order. Since many buyers have poor language skills it is difficult to help them understand how to go about this. Any guidelines available to help them understand? This is a very common problem and I really hope the process is simplified in some way or another.

    Hi Elite, if you get an email notification about a sale from on here then in that email it gives you the link to the order itself. So what you can then do is message the buyer and give them that link to the order and tell them to leave their required details in it so you can get started on it. Tell them thanks for their order and that you can't start on their order until they've submitted the required details into it and then give them the link to click on it.

    Not all buyers that purchase services want it to start straight away or purchase ahead while waiting for something or working on something before they paste in the required details to get started on it. So all you can really do is send them a polite message with the URL to the order itself (make sure it's hyperlinked so they can easily click on it) and ask them to leave the required details so you can start on it.

    That happens to me sometimes as well. Usually I just wait until they post the required details into the order on here to start it. You have to give them some time to get round to that as not all buyers do so right after paying and delay doing so for some reason or another.

    I usually do after about an hour if they haven't (messaged them with the order URL). Or just send them a message thanking them for the order and asking them if they have any questions or want to talk about anything. Most people then reciprocate and update you in the order since they get an email saying they've got a message and it turns out to be you the seller.

    Thanks, it is a good idea. I will try and hopefully it will work. This buyer just cannot understand that he needs to submit the instructions for me to get started and I have been trying to explain things as simply as possible. He thinks that once he paid, it is enough. Maybe your method will work.

    Yeah that can happen when people don't understand how it works. I've had people send me the required details to me by pm or when I've sent them a pm and they've replied with it and I've had to ask them to paste that into the order itself else I can't start the order and I wont be able to get paid for it. Sometimes some people are just like huh? What you on about I've already paid and given you the details here. :FACEPALM Many buyersdo not understand that they need to submit instructions

    I got this situation several times! last incident just happened yesterday. I have sent privately their order link, explain to buyer that I can't start the order if he didn't follow the instruction. No respond or anything from the buyer. Suddenly after some days, the buyer responded the order, still not follow the instruction, only said that he is waiting and ask me to cancel the order if I don't have the stock. wt..... :facepalm

    2 of the incidents related to this topic (from some incidents) coming from buyers who can speak English very well. I have no idea how to sort this out I just hope this won't lead to misunderstanding between me and buyers.
