Please if any coders can help me with question ?

I own a website which I wont mention the link as its not allowed but what my problem is , is that its a traffic and social exchange site I own and run with a licence . I want to know on my main first page URL . How could I place a Image on there like banner size so makes my site stand out using through cpanel file manager as this is a script my site is running from. Should I edit the header.php or the Index.php and where abouts should I place it. I also want facebook button linking to my facebook page and showing the amount of likes . For example : Like our page .

Hope someone can help me and thank you in advance..

If it's a WordPress siteright? Then definitely the header.php just using some basic HTML.

You can probably find a small plugin that will display your facebook page, twitter etc etc profiles link or small button. Most good WP themes today have a setting for that too but yours might not.

Yeah you can use Cpanel file manager to do it or your own FTP program. You can get an app on your smartphone for it too which is convenient sometimes but it's a bit more finicky when it comes to playing with the code. That's why computers will never be replaced!

I see! You might have to hack into it then and find out what goes where and experiment lol

If you can't do it I can take a look at it if you want just send me a pm or, you could always hire a coder on Codeclerks or hire a freelancer here or even post a WTB for it.

If you're like me you'll probably prefer to learn how to do it yourself.

I've been winging it that way since about 98 lol
