Lets make Seoclerks forum popular

Hey everyone!
I can see Seoclerks forum is not popular. very less thread to discuss. late reply on post. This means our forum lack something. I hope Admin gonna read this post and make some strategy to activate this forum activities to engage more people.
My few points to help make this forum popular:
1. One must write 1 threat(may be Introduction) to get approve for memebership in Seoclerks.
2. Seller/Buyer must post few thread to discuss or answer to questions to increase level.
3. Everyone can post their new services for 1 time in discussion as promotion.
4. Chances to put [Give away] so newbie(level 1) seller get change to show their quality service.
5. Frequent offer from Seoclerks so every members keep on eye everyday in the forum.
and so on......

If my topic for discussion is good and few members who are reading this post can comment your views and suggestion to make this forum engaging, popular and live.

I like the idea of making this section more popular! But this isn't really a forum, it's a community discussion page. SC had a forum and wasn't very popular, this is way batter if you ask me.
We need to have everything approved by admins because they want good quality content and no spam.
Also, you can increase people in level as in seller level just because they write some posts here, most will just write low quality junk just to increase in level.
