Based on what I had learned in this site, the SEO methods that you are employing do not only apply to Google but to all search engines. For example, the fresh contents that you post every day, when a search engine checks your website, the fresh contents will be counted to your favor and it will directly affect the ranking of your website in the search list. And that is any search engine which means it applies to Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc.
