what the point from leaving anyone comment on service

i dont get why seoclerks let anyone comment what they want in service if for asking something on service simply they will contact in inbox but posting in service will cause only people spam or put stupid comments i got someone who keep spam my comments because im not level 3 anymore i cannot delete them i asked for support to delete them all hopefully the support respond and delete it

this is just suggestion to remove that feature anyone agree with me?

You could obviously just inbox a seller with any questions you might have, but by using the service comments, people could potentially get the answers by reading replies to others, which would ultimately end up with less private messages being sent to the sellers.

Service comments could basically be used like an FAQ section for that specific service. However, it's unfortunate that service comments also can be used for spam, but it's pretty easy to reach user level 2, and that's when you as a seller can delete the comments.

I love reading comments on services, it gives me a good idea of what other people are asking and why which gives me better insight into the service. Also often I have wanted an answer to a question and someone else has already asked it so I can just scroll down.

The other thing is I like seeing how a seller interacts with buyers and that is a really good indication for me to see whether the seller responds to questions and how long it takes the seller to reply.
