got worst buyer i ever seen and keep spam my services

i got someone who bought from me then asked for refund immediatly claim the links are infected and they are visrus they are from google drive and file with microsoft lol how those legit links can be infected

he provides the proof that shows all the famous and legit anti virus like avira pass it with clean

he kept ask for refund and now spammed all my services and keep post spams

i contacted support to resolve this waiting to resolve that worst buyer i ever met in entire life , no body complained with my links till guy do i think he just an scammer who want a freebie they took services and ask for refund

what i will do with such bad buyers?

Hello sanfora,
Hopefully the support will solve this issue. They could probably also give the buyer an infraction so he can't make comments on your services too.. And that will solve the problem.

Just make sure to give all the necessary information and details to the staff, and leave out any personal opinion within your ticket. Just stick to the facts and the support will solve it properly.

yes i did and support helped but they not removed their spam comments from my all services

and he writes bad review posting link i know the links in feedback not allowed

I'm glad the support solved the issue. However, as a level 2 user you'll get these benefits:

Can create services for more than $125 (no upper limit)
Payment 4 days after order completion
Can create instant downloads
Can create subscription services
Ability to delete public comments on services
Larger instant withdraw Limit
Withdraw 20 times per 31 days
Withdraw as little as $10
Customizable public profile

.. And that's probably the reason for the support to not delete any of the comments. The thing is, that anyone and everyone, can and are allowed to comment on your services, at any given point.. And it's up to the sellers to avoid bad or negative comments by providing good customer care, high quality services or whatever they have to do, to keep their record clean. As you're a level 1 seller at this time, you won't be able to delete the comments, but if you just reach level 2 you can delete the comments yourself.
