I guess you asking about featuring your services on front page. So there is link next to your services to make it featured. However there is only limited spots available for featured services and unfortunately they are most of the time sold out, so you have to keep trying all the time or you may contact help desk (find link on bottom of each page) and try to arrange featured spot, or ask maybe about waiting list...

Other then that, you can feature your service in category page and it's even much cheaper option which will also help you to increase your exposure and number of sales.
