    Selling Articles/Ebooks How and is it profitable?

    Hey guys, It's Nextant.
    I offer Graphic Design & Video Services and want to expand.
    I've seen a lot of people selling Ebooks on Ebay making large amounts of money.

    Is it worth the investment of buying Ebooks??

    Well, I am a writer, and yet I never thought about writing an ebook to be honest. I always stuck to articles, and prefer it that way. I cannot say if ebooks are profitable, but since there seem to be so many sellers who are writing and selling them they could be quite profitable. I think it depends on the topic, and how well it is written.

    Is it worth the investment of buying Ebooks?

    If you mean to then resell then yes, it can be, provided you have resell rights. Most eBooks come with resell rights though. Since you'll be passing that eBook onto someone else, the original owner of it gets some credit and possibly visits to their site from within the eBook itself.

    But yes it can be profitable. Since you can buy eBooks for like $1 and then sell them for more like $10 to $20 or something. And you can even download free eBooks with resell rights as well. There's many sites you can ethically download eBook bundles from which all have resell rights. Then all you have to do is repackage them and resell them in some way.

    You can sell eBooks on SEOClerks as well of course as well as eBay. But there are some people that do make money selling them on eBay too. You can do the same on there. Buy an eBook for like 99c and then resell it for 4.99 or something. Straight $4 profit. It doesn't sound like much but if you sell 5 a day for a week and keep that up for a month or so it comes to about $500 profit after ebay and paypal fees.

    But there is so much fluff on eBay when it comes to info products and a lot of competition too. Most of those sellers also sell eBooks on their own site as well. Creating an eBook site/store can be profitable too. You can use WordPress or something and then use some sort of script/cart plugin for it so you can sell them and provide the download link automatically so you don't have to do anything other than just promote the site / SEO it.     I'm using a plugin for that on one of my eBook sites I started a while ago but like most of my projects, I started it but stopped working on it after a while due to other commitments. I'll make a review of the plugin I'm using soon on here though and how to use it / set it up and some tips and that in case that's something you or someone wants to do.

    I think selling of eBook is a lucrative business because a lot of persons are into reading these days and profit can made easily.

    With eBook production, cost of production is low unlike the printed version of it.So with low cost one is able to still make profit with little fee associated with listing the book for sale

    I have tried to sell some used books on eBay and it did take me a lot of time to actually sell those books. I think it is much easier to sell on Amazon. My friend is actually a writer and she will be publishing her next book in August and will put it for sale on Amazon. She told me that she has been successful in selling many of her books on Amazon. I think Amazon is the best place to sell eBooks compared to eBay.

    Anything can sale itself if it is good,be it a brand,service or a product.All you need do is offered a top-notch service or product.

    I think you should publishing your ebooks in Amazon kindle and you'll amaze at the sale especially there are unique and educative.

    So go ahead and make the investment. if you'll yield good profit.

    I think if you write longer on specific niche then surely that type of the ebooks are good enough. FInding profit through that may not be easy though. I have seen some of the ebook getting it's share of the sales. But lot of ebooks fail badly. So on that point I'd say it's better to be spent on promotion. Smashwords and Kindle publishing to some extent does help for the earning. But articles in non ficiton niche is something not yet managed properly. That being said, ebooks is something not easily sellable though.

    So, you want to buy ebooks and sell? I don't think it is worth investing on ebooks (buying ebooks for selling purpose). However, I believe if you can create ebook yourself, it will be profitable for you. Let me illustrate. In order to get an ebook you need to pay at least $50 for a writer. If you invested $50, you need to sell at least 50 copies to recover your investment (provided your book is priced at $1 and you are selling it through your own website). If you are selling through third party website, Amazon for instance, you will have to give them selling commission, therefore you have to sell more books.
    However, if you created the book yourself. Any copies you sell, is your income.
