What's the main reason for you to be active in the CD or in Internet Marketing Forums?

Hey guys,
I'm just curious to know why you're here, in the community discussion, or why you are active in other internet marketing forums?

For me, it's pretty simple for starters at least. I joined different forums because I tried to learn new things. After a few years, I started to participate more in topics and I started to contribute with my own ideas and thoughts. This also lead to more and more potential business ideas, and I actually managed to build some pretty decent business relations too. - Nowadays, I'm active in several forums and obviously this Community Discussion too, as I first of all, love SEOClerks, but I'm also what you would call a "giver". I offer my knowledge and expertise several times per day because I like to give. I give away these things for free. - But at the same time, I earn reputation, build business relations and, the best part is, that I also get answers and I can ask whatever I want too, and I will get answers from someone. - So what about you?

I love internet marketing and I love having intellectual discussions about anything related to online marketing. So that is my first reason, it is about learning, interacting and just hanging with the right sort of people. I believe that this really does make a positive impact on my life.

I learn so much here and it means that I am continuously learning new things and it is also my go to place to stay up to date with all the latest news. Yes I could be following a whole stack of websites, but all the SEO experts come here and discuss everything that is new so why would I really need to follow loads of other websites. This is my go to place!

Well i simply love this community discussions at Seoclerks. I am here to share some experience, help others when they need some assistance, specially to new members, but also i read almost everything other share here. There is always room to learn something new and improve our knowledge about search engine optimization, social media marketing, technology and latest trends
I guess, for us, freelancers, it's important to stay in touch and keep updated with latest news, tips and tricks. Hope that more people will also share they experience and become "givers" like you Andre

Nice one Andre, pretty much the same as you! A love and passion for all things SEOClerks, SEO and Internet Marketing based!

And that's what it's all about, learning and earning as you go. The more you hang around those places, sites and forums, the more you'll pick up and learn from other people sharpening your own knowledge and skill sets along the way. But also earning reputation, credibility or respect along the way which can come in handy later on when you want to use those same places to list up something for sale.

I'm here because, well, I've just sort of always been here lol. I guess you could say I'm a part of the furniture just like yourself! And because I saw the potential in SEOClerks the first time I saw it and still see such massive, huge potential in it now of course! And not just in SEOClerks but in all the Ionicware network of sites. As a freelancer and provider of the services that each of the sites provide to people.

But more than that, like in life, you go where ever there are people that have the same interests, passions or hobbies as you do. Back in the days before the Internet was invented, people used to join clubs and leave cards in shop windows and organize meets and events where they could all get together and discuss and talk about whatever it was they were interested in.

These days, people still do that of course, but people do it online as well on forums, social networking sites and sites like SEOClerks! Or anywhere where they can write a post and share it to people and then converse with people on subjects they're interested in like this.

But I like to be active on here because I like all the stuff that people post and love it when people respond to the things I post and my comments and stuff like that. I get a kick out of it but I'm always learning new things and bettering myself at the same time.

So yeah, that's me, and I'd love to hear what others say too.

Since I joined community discussions I have learnt a great deal. I enjoy coming here to see the latest posts so as to learn new things, or read news, or suggestions. It is informative and a light way of spending my time between writing more serious stuff for my clients. I try to check in daily and I actually wish I had more time at my disposal to contribute more. I have also made some new friends, and even got a couple of new clients too. So it has been a way to increase my exposure as well.

Same as you, for the community and exposure. I actually noticed an increased in orders since I began to be active here on CDs.
For the longest time ever since I started to use the Internet I always been a member of at least one internet community or forums.

I'm now active on multiple communities and I have to say it helps me a lot staying in touch with all the news I'm interested about as well as learning new stuff from other experienced members.
