How to apply a coupon code to your profile.

Hey Everyone!

I was recently talking to someone about coupon codes and they were telling me about how they were having problems applying one for $5.00 to their account. In my head I was thinking "Well it's super easy so you MUST be doing something wrong!" and then I went into it and tried to apply a coupon code for myself but I couldn't figure it out right away lol

So now I'm here to post a simple tutorial on how to apply a coupon code to your account in a few simple steps

Step 1: Click on your profile at the top right of this page. It's where you see your avatar, username and current balance.

Step 2: You get a small drop down menu and within it you'll see a few links. You're going to want to click the one that says "BALANCE". Click it, click it, click it!

Step 3: Find "Shopping" and click on it.
You'll see something like this...

Step 4: After you click "Shopping" you see something that says "Coupon Code" and has a blank field next to it and then an "Apply" button.

It will look like this...

Step 5: This is where you can add your coupon code, if you have one

There's also another way to do this, which a lot of people may prefer. You can actually just go to this page https://www.seoclerks.com/coupon and enter your coupon code there.

NOTE: You will need to verify your email and phone number in order to claim a coupon. It's not a difficult thing to do, you can do it through your profiles settings and you only have to do it once I'm pretty sure this was the main problem my friend was having when he was trying to redeem a coupon code he had lol.

Thank you Razzy, this was a good share. I never thought of sharing this before actually and I think it's an important thing to cover. This is after all the Community Discussion of SEOClerks and this functions both as a source of information, a support channel but also a discussion board. So it's literally a 3 in 1 thing we have here, so a topic about the actual coupons are great.

Nice one Razzy. You could have just said, you just have to go here and enter the code but fair enough lol.

But yes you will need to be email and phone verified for this to show up at that location before you can redeem a coupon code. So this will come in handy for all those people that are trying to do that but are scratching their heads in bewilderment and wondering why it's not showing lol.

But there currently is 2 ways to add coupons and not many people know about wordclerks.com/coupon

Oh thanks Razzy, this is great! I always give my customers the link to redeem their coupon code and I never really knew how they would be able to navigate there themselves from the website!

It's always handy knowing these things since someone will ask me at some stage and it is nice to know off hand and not have to run around to figure it out.

What?! People are having a hard time validating coupons? Very interesting. The only common issue about coupons that I know of is people trying to redeem coupons that have exceeded their usage, or are expired. I never thought people would not know where to go to redeem a coupon..

I guess it's the little things that confuse people, eh?

The other day I got an SMS on my phone from SEOclerks with a coupon code! It was great! All I had to do is to click the link provided in the SMS leading me to an SC page and the only thing I had to do next was to push a button "Redeem". And boom, free SC money to spend on highly skilled sellers!

Thanks for the guide Razzy, I'm sure plenty of us will find this very helpful, especially when SC staff give away coupons like they did on Thanksgiving.
