    Video Marketing on Facebook works well!

    I did a little experiment yesterday to try and increase traffic to my website and also to try and boost my Facebook page reach a little.

    So we've all heard about how video marketing is like the thing to try and yes I am already on Youtube. I try and create a Youtube video for each post that I publish on my websites but I don't usually manage that.

    Anyway yesterday I decided to do an experiment and I took a video I did for Youtube and I posted it on my Facebook page... I am quite pleased with the results in comparison to the reach my posts usually get!

    Videos are interactive and people are always looking for that kind of stuff. You have the rite idea when it comes to marketing you want to grab peoples attention. Everyone posts pictures and words that works too, but not as well. You have done really well for views and interactions good job. I used a few videos to promote my Bitcoin operation. Nobody wants to invest with us, but we are still growing slowly. Trading is helping a ton and im learning and getting better with every trade. You are the same with marketing keep pushing and thriving. You have a great following that supports you and if you continue you will be viral in no time.

    Where are you putting up your videos for promoting investing in your Bitcoin operation?

    I would love to have a look and see what that is all about, can you give me a link for that please? What sort of investments are you looking for? LOL and of course my most common question is..... do you have an affiliate program?

    It is heart breaking when your promotions don't pay off, but you know what I have found? Over time it does and I think that is what separates the people that succeed from the ones that don't. It takes a lot of time and hard work to make it online and people seem to think it can happen quickly. Plus work must be put in day in, day out for a long time with little to no returns before anything starts to happen.

    I am working on a bright future, and I am putting in that work today to build the foundation.

    Hey, that looks pretty promising actually!
    I personally think videos are way better than plain text as it's usually more personal and or funnier too. Photos could obviously be great too, but I think photos are the best option to go with if you're posting memes. Otherwise I'd definitely go with videos all the time, if I dared to speak in front of the camera. Video Marketing on Facebook works well!

    It looks like you're doing well in several attempts on various things right now, and I do hope that you'll continue to strive for even better results and improve both your experience and your knowledge! Video Marketing on Facebook works well!

    Thanks Andre, I love trying new things and seeing what effect it has. The thing is that I am always on the search for how to make more money by working less. Don't think I am lazy when I say that because I work my butt off, but I am researching all the time to find the most effective ways of marketing my businesses. If I can create one video and put it up on Facebook and that is more effective than posting images all day.. well it just makes sense to do more videos and less graphics right?

    Andre you don't have to be in front of a camera if you won't want to! Why not share that awesome video you did for your services here and link it to your website? As we all know Facebook is not fond of affiliate links lol.

    That is what I do, I leave a link to my post on my website that the video is about and from there all my affiliate links can be found.

    Nice to see you're having some success on Facebook Lynne! This is what it's all about isn't it? Taking a punt on something and sucking and seeing. And so I presume you mean that you uploaded the video to Facebook directly so that it's an actual Facebook video and not a YouTube embedded video then? What I like about Facebook videos is that they auto play as you scroll down the page. What I don't like about them is that they don't play the sound as well. But I like that sometimes when it's not my own video lol.

    But that's great and hope you have lots and lots of success with other videos as you venture out into this direction. Video Marketing on Facebook works well!

    Yes I am uploading directly to my Facebook pages. The nice thing about that is that visitors can click on "videos" on my Facebook page and access all my videos.

    I also love the autoplay but part of me dislikes it because when Facebook gives me my analytics it shows how many views it has and that is really not accurate is it? Since it shows everyone that scrolled down my page but didn't actually watch it. It would be much more effective with the sound also autoplaying but then that would peeve people off wouldn't it?

    So I wonder if it might be better for Facebook not to autoplay videos, then I would have a more accurate idea of who is really watching my video.

    Glad to see you developing and marketing your video content Lynne! Video content is definitely the feature and I'm glad you are already getting into it early!

    I agree with you on facebook autoplay feature, many marketers had stated this problem, you give you a very inaccurate statistic on how many actual views you are receiving. I don't think Facebook will remove the feature anytime soon because it goes very well with the feed feature, people are more likely to interact with the video if the video starts automatically.

    Cristian, yes the Facebook video autoplay is a bit of a mixed blessing isn't it?

    I have my reasons for liking it very much and also disliking it a lot too. I am sure it ups the engagement in a big way. I can already see how short, funny videos will do much better on Facebook than look videos.

    However I have now added a Facebook video to each of my Facebook pages and I have noticed an increase in personal engagement...So this is great.

    We did a similar experiment. A video posted on Facebook got more than 50 likes but the video had less than 5 views. That clearly means that my friends don't like videos much. With photos and short caption, we got more traffic. I guess it depends on the kind of Facebook friends that you have.

    I've always tell people, especially those quite close to me, that Facebook is one of the core free sites that anyone intending to market his products online would have to use if the person is really interested in making huge sales, increasing the clients that want their services as well as drawing people to your websites in the form of traffic. I'm happy that your experiment with the marketing of Facebook worked for you as well.
