    Making use of the status update!

    Today I made a status update, I think I have done that before a very long time ago... but today I clicked a little box that says "email to followers"...

    Hmm interesting so many some of you will get a short little email message from me today?

    I didn't even know this feature existed.

    How do you all make use of your status update feature and do you ever email your followers?

    This is a superb feature that many people aren't actually aware of. - Sure, I'd say that most people are aware of it, but most people aren't using this to it's full potential. The best part of this, is that you'll be able to build your list, on SEOClerks itself.

    By being a contributor, delivering great services and by offering excellent support for instance, you'll also build your following on SEOClerks. If you gain followers you'll also build your list.. - And you can use the status updates to email all of your followers! - That's indeed amazing!

    I used my status updates quite often before but I haven't done that for a long time now, since I haven't been an active seller on SEOClerks. However, I've recently launched a new service and I have more to come shortly so I'll start using this to it's full potential in the nearest future again!

    At the time I'm writing this, I have 207 followers. That's 207 people who've followed me because they where satisfied in one way or another. That's also 207 potential clients to ANY new service I provide or any new discount or deal I come up with. And it's just one click away!

    Yes yes! Ok so I am going to be making use of the status updates then. It really is an incredible feature. I've only got 80 followers so I have a little catching up to do that's for sure.

    I am going on an affiliate marketing mission, oh and in case you didn't notice I am testing out your idea for the content writing. Thank you for such a brain storm, that is just the kind of thing that I like to try out and I already have someone very interested in writing content for me... so excited!

    Yeah totally. It's well worth it. I mean, it takes literally 15 seconds to write your status and it could benefit you a lot. - Everyone should be using it.

    I saw one of your bidders on your WTT. It looks promising indeed. I wish you'll be successful and hopefully that will lead to something wonderful further on Making use of the status update!

    I know you did! I saw it! LOL It came up in my alerts popup box! I was like, oh nice one Lynne! Making use of the status update! I've started using my status updates a little more lately. I never really made many status updates before! I guess I never used it enough to realize how effective it can or could be but I've got a few more followers these days and I've noticed a couple times the services I've announced in my status updates had got some sale for them on a couple times so I'm getting into doing it a bit more now.     The other thing that would be good to use your status update for is to post a status for each new CD post you make? I know that the status update is meant for updating your status but that could mean anything from "I'm available" to "Check out my new service" to "Reading my latest discussion" and then link to the discussion itself. That could be a good way of getting your followers onto your discussions which links back to your profile.

    Plus I don't know for sure, but I think having a lot of statuses shows that you're really really active and people like that so it could have other benefits for you as a seller later on down the line the more you use it as well.

    Oh that is so cool... you saw my status update! Hey this is becoming more like a social network isn't it? In that case then yeah updating your status regularly would be a good thing wouldn't it?

    I'm not sure sending an email each time to my followers would be the right move, but for today's update yeah I felt that warranted an email too!

    Oh yeah I've used always my status, I post updates very often specially when I release new update for my software. Status feature it's really amazing because the more you post the more chances you have that new people will start following you. Right now I've 42 followers, it's not that much but I've noticed that community discussion is giving me nice results because I've got new followers since when I started posting here. We also can send emails to our followers which is really cool because not all of them are active on SEOClerks.

    Yes I've also noticed that I have a lot more followers since I started being active in the community discussion!

    Being able to email a status update to followers is just the coolest feature ever and I only noticed it yesterday and when I see something I like to try it out lol.

    I used the status update a couple of times so as to give important notices to my followers. I believe every time I ticked the email followers box so as to make sure that they were made aware of what I was communicating. My latest update was to let everyone know that i will not be available for a relatively long period of time. I find the status update very helpful and effective, and I am glad that it is not just any other status update, but that it is also possible to email followers. It enables us to be more in touch.

    Yes I believe that I got that update and I was pleased to be notified since I place orders with you! It helps me to plan if I know that you won't be available. It reminds me of a discussion that went down a good few months ago about what would you do if you had to stay off work for a while on short notice, for like maybe a family emergency or you have to be in hospital for a while.... this would be a really good time to use one of those status updates with email!

    This is a perfect feature to keep all of your followers informed about you services, you can email them about certain sales you might have or when you publish a really new service to have the ball rolling.

    I have 198 followers on SEOclerks and it really helps me getting new orders, some time very old clients come back on SC just because they got an email notification from me, that's really a win-win situation for all of us, because even if they don't buy my services maybe they are still going to purchase something from another sellers, this is a great email marketing technique and should not be ignored.

    Yes Cristian, I have seen how powerful this feature is. I added some new services recently so I am going to us the update feature again tomorrow when everyone is back at work Making use of the status update!
