    Seller hasn't delivered and wont respond

    Hello,

    I have made 20+ orders with a seller who is over 10 days late and despite all my efforts will not respond to me what can i do?

    Do you mean that you've placed 20 orders simultaneously or that you've placed 20+ orders before this one you're talking about?

    From my understanding you've tried to contact the seller directly, either through your order page or inbox and the seller won't respond. Do you know if the seller have been online during these days?

    Thank you for your response. I mean i have ordered 20 orders with the same seller, where all have not been delivered. I will contact support thank you.
