How i can I get my level back?

hi

how i can up my level ? my level is 3 But, suddenly my level is down? and my level is now 1 . i complete 500+ order how i can up my level again ?

You've been demoted to a user level 1 due to the fact that your response time is 10 days. Within the user levels, you'll see that you need to have a response time of 72 hours or less to meet the requirements for user level 3.

How to decrease your response time:
As you can read here, Response time is calculated by the amount of time it takes you (as a seller) to respond to any comment or update to an order for the last 30 days. This calculation does not include your inbox, only the messages within orders.

Hi usmanaliakhtar thanks for asking a question regarding level up. As per as I know level can down if you get infraction due to violation of TOS. And if your reponse time will getting high. For example as a level 3 user you have to keep ?72 Hour or less response time, either level will down without infraction. And and another reason is if your seller rating down below 90%.

So, at this moment your response time 10 days and you must to decrease your response time less than 72 hours.
To do so, please go to manage sell at now and filtering as unread and response there all unread order. And make response as fast as possible for new orders.

Hope you will get back your level, if you try to do next few days.

Have you perhaps had an infraction? Make sure you always keep up to date with the terms of service and listing guidelines.

I believe an infraction is for a period of time only, not permanent so if it is an infraction your Level 3 will I think be reinstated? Perhaps contact support at [email protected].

Yeah, it doesn't matter how many orders you've completed, you need to make sure that your response time is kept low. You can do this by making sure to update all orders as soon as people order them. Even if they say something simple like saying "Thanks" and you just put "You're welcome" or something. I see a lot of sellers on here taking orders and not updating them right away even if it's just to say thanks. A few sellers I have to say "Okay??" after placing an order because they did not update the order to say they are starting on it. I've had to tell them that's why their response rate is so high and the majority of people (sellers) I tell this to say they didn't know that.

Here is a good read for you that will help you to reduce your response time. How I Got My Response Rate Down: The Secret Sauce to Success! Basically the main way to do it, as explained there is by doing one and all of the following things;

  • Always update your orders within an hour of them being ordered/updated by the buyer.
  • Always update your orders within an hour of any update by your buyer.
  • Always leave your rating within an hour of the buyer completing/rating it.
  • Always reply to all questions/comments left on your service comments area.


Once I started doing these things, I managed to reduce my response time considerably which really helps!

Many buyers will make a decision on a purchase based on a sellers response time.

If your response time is too high then people will look elsewhere to purchase.

So your response time is key to being a successful seller.

Your response time is to blame here. 10 days is a lot. I have mine at 1 day, and I really wish to manage to reduce it further. You may wish to look up a discussion I posted some time ago about the difficulties and doubts I had about reducing the response time. Various helpful tips were provided there. In short, you need to be here, ideally daily. You should check whatever messages or order responses you receive and get back to your buyers as soon as you can, ideally within minutes. By doing this you can reduce your response time considerably eventually.
