    A seller didn't send the Order

    A seller didn't send me some Order and IT was shown as complete. But IT was Not complete. what can i do?

    So you've paid for a service you didn't get?

    The first thing you should do, is to contact the seller. Either directly using the inbox or within the order page. Just tell them that you didn't get what you've paid for or that the attached file isn't attached. - That usually solves the problem.

    In case the seller doesn't respond to your message, or in case they refuse to deliver the file, or in case they claim the order to be completed and you know that it hasn't been completed, then you should contact the support.

    There are only two ways that an order can be marked as complete.

    The first way is if the seller marks the order as delivered and then you check it and mark it as completed.

    The second way is if the seller marks that order as delivered but the buyer does not mark the order as completed and does nothing. After 5 days the system then automatically marks the order as completed as the buyer has had 5 days to dispute the order with the seller and to contact support if necessary.

    Have you discussed thus with the seller? I suggest you do this first and if you are still unsatisfied contact support.

    Okay firstly, if a seller has delivered the order to you, and the order is not complete or not delivered as advertised. You can "Reject" that order so that the seller will have to deliver it again. The system has been built like this so as to protect you if that is to happen. All you have to do is choose the "Reject" option, then state a reason why it is you're rejecting it. The seller will then have to make any amends to it as needed to be made and then they can then deliver the service to you again when it is completed accordingly as advertised in their service description.

    Now when a seller a delivers the order, you have 5 days to either choose to accept it (mark it as complete with your rating) or of course, reject it as explained above. If you waited longer than 5 days, then the order will have been automatically marked as complete. After this, there is not much that you can do about it. SEOClerks give you 5 days to review the delivered order before it's marked as complete.

    However what you can do now is contact the buyer with a private message and kindly ask them to provide the full service to you. If they are a good seller, and you ask them nicely, chances are they will do that for you no problem as they want you to be happy and buy from them again.

    That is probably the best option if the service is/was automatically marked as complete. I would do that first and await to see what their response is. If there is no response and you feel it wasn't fair. You could always open a support ticket about it and tell them about the case so they can look into it for you. But I think as much as they would want to help you, since the service is completed there wouldn't be much they could do about it as well. That is why SEOClerks provide 5 days before a service is completed to give you ample time to review the delivered order and to make sure that the work that was completed/delivered lines up with what was described in their service description.

    I contact the Support Service because the employee freelancer/seller didn't answer. and i cant reject it because IT was already complete

    Sellers on SEOClerks marketplace are not employees. We are all freelancers and each user are responsible for their own actions. I guess you mean seller and not employee? - However, if you've sent the support a ticket about this, they will look into it. Just give them some time and it will be solved shortly. A seller didn
