the support left infraction and return my levels but other support members refused it

i noticed that i got infraction for something i told by support that will expire and get back my level up now it expired i contacted the support and return back to me that infraction is left and level up returned but other support (i think have something personal against me) told me that level up will never return back is that logic?

what i can i do if some support not know what they do

Please be patient with support they deal with a lot of tickets on a daily basis. I don't think this person has anything against you, they may have been misinformed or just following what the boss man says. You level will indeed return to normal after your infraction is done. What i recommend is that you do not do whatever it is you did to get an infraction ever again. If you receive to many infractions and you show that do have a clear disregard for the rules your account could be removed without notice. If this happens Seoclerks does not for any reason have to re activate your account. You can ask the support members that you do know if its ok if you put their name on the ticket subject for them to respond to but its up to them. Keep in mind that if you choose to do business with only one or two members your support tickets may take a little longer to answer. Unfortunately, or in my case, fortunately I don't have or get infractions so I'm not an expert in terms of infractions or how it will affect your account. However, I do believe that your account will be "reset" in terms of user level if you receive too many infractions, and that you'll have to prove yourself worthy of an account with a higher user level than level 1 all over again. - In case it doesn't work like this, I definitely think it should! - That being said, anyone and everyone could get infractions, but most people will learn after one of them, as this is a form of warning. People who receives multiple infractions are doing something they shouldn't and that's also why I can't see why any of them should get their user level status back either. All this being said, I doubt that any of the staff members have anything against you. In case you feel something is truly messed up, just contact the support once again.
