I know that we've all seen those websites, or services, that are selling 10,000 to 1,000,000 website visitors for pretty cheap and wonder "How the hell are they offering that?!?!?!" Well, some of us are wondering that while a lot of us already know that the traffic is fake and simply something to bump up your numbers. These traffic packages have no value to you if you're trying to make money from your traffic. If you're trying to sell ad space you can make some money, but I'm not here to talk about that right now

You can actually rent IP addresses from service providers.
I use to rent 10 dedicated IP addresses for $15 a month when I needed them for my SEO software or for testing purposes. I used them so that I could mask my own IP address and not get my ISP hounding me lol.

You know it's fake, but a lot of people just starting out do not. I never said the traffic would convert, because it never does lol. But try telling a new webmaster or blogger that they can get 1,000,000 visitors to their pages for $100 and see how quick they will open up their wallets :D
This is the main reason that all the traffic buying keywords for Adwords are roughly $10.00+ per click. People are selling loads of crap traffic and making a killing. If I had $10,000 I would get into this niche in a heart beat because it sells well :D

Now I'm going to let you in on something. A very good traffic program app which you can use to send unlimited traffic directly to your site or anyone else's for that matter, without having to earn credits/points first and one that comes with a lot of geo targeting options and other options as well. The program is called Traffic Spirit and it's a standalone app that requires no installation. Just open and go.

You can use this app yourself to send traffic to your own sites to help improve traffic and ranking as well. This software works through the many people that are using the app to generate hits on your site. Obviously none of those hits are real people. But run long enough, it can be useful in other ways as well by improving the traffic flow to your site, reducing your Alexa rating, buffing your Analytics views up etc etc.
I wouldn't suggest running this on your main PC though as it acts very weird, eats up a lot of RAM and will lagg your PC hard. But running it on a VPS is usually the best way to use it and you can use this app to sell traffic with. You can set it up so that it targets certain countries. You can also set a referrer URL so that traffic comes from that URL only and will show as such in Analytics. In fact, you can even set it up so that it uses Google keyword search results and sends traffic to your site from that. As well as setting the referrer as Facebook, Twitter etc etc so it looks like it's coming from those places. I believe it's what some of the people who sell such services on here are using to do just that with.
I don't use it for that myself (for my clients) as I outsource that to someone else. But I'm sure they probably use Traffic Spirit or something like it.
