I'm going to do another series of posts like I've done before. Besides they're so much better like that right? But this time the series will be for 10 Weird and Whacky Ways to Make Money in Your Spare Time! Just in time for Halloween! 
Starting with #1: Make Money by Drinking Beer!
Are you fond of cold crisp beer at the end of the day? Or perhaps you like to go traveling and sample, taste and drink different craft beers of all kinds from all around the world? Or even the ones your local supermarket gets in from time to time. If that sounds like you, then you might like to know that you can actually make money from drinking beer!
World of Beer, are a Florida based chain of craft beer taverns who are looking for Drink It Interns who will spend the summer months visiting breweries across the country and around the world, tasting all manner of different beers. Attending beer festivals, and then posting about their boozy adventures on the WoB blog and social media. Yes this is an internship and not a full-time job with a salary and benefits, but World of Beer will pay you $12,000 for your work and cover all your travel expenses, including food and lodging. Oh, and there will be lots of free beer to drink as well!

Sure, putting on your CV that you are an professional beer drinking probably wont help you get the job that requires sobriety. But if you're in the food and drink, restaurant, bar/pub or even the brewery industry. And if knowing about beer goes with your job or interest, passion or life goals. Even if you just like to try out new craft beers from around the world. Then you can get paid to do just that!
Although being a professional beer drinker is not your average job. It's still a very real and serious job you can do and get paid for doing it if that is what you do! You'll have to be a little creative when you apply though. But all you have to do is go to worldofbeer.com and then travel the world drinking beer and getting paid for it!
You might not even have to travel the world. Just go to worldofbeer.com and then choose your country and location. Be sure to accept the share this location popup request.
This will then show you all the taverns in your vicinity that are a member of worldofbeer.com so you can find one closest to your location.
World of Beer Loyalty Card Program
To get started get the World of Beer Loyalty Card Program App so you'll earn a point for every pint of beer you drink! You can then exchange these into gift cards which can be redeemed at any tavern in the world that is a registered WoB tavern to get free beer! Also you can get free t-shirts and polo shirts and gear. Plaques, mugs and they might even have a party in your honor with the tab on WoB!
The World of Beer app is available for iOS devices on the Apple Appstore and Android devices through the Google Playstore. You must have a valid picture ID and be 21+ to consume or purchase alcohol.
Then get using it and become a #DrinkItIntern where you post about the things you did while you was traveling and the beers you sampled and tasted. Post a few pictures of your pints of beer sitting on the bar before you drink them and anything else like.

I never knew they offered $12,000 and cover expenses if you qualify, or are chosen, to be their beer interns lol. It's a pretty cool idea, but would only fit a few select people who already know a load about beer. If you're a random person then I would assume that it would be next to impossible to even get considered for this position.
Some of my friends are certified for some kind of beer knowledge thing so I may just point them here to read up lol
For those of you who don't know, World of Beer is a craft beer place with some pretty awesome selections. The one near me has a literal wall full of taps, each being a different delicious brew. They usually have a beer of the week, or month, on tap that is seasonal. And this isn't just any type of beer, it's usually something no one can get their hands on. Even World of Beer can only get around 1 or 2 kegs and they buy in massive bulk from plenty of breweries. So if there is a special brew on tap, you probably won't get a seat inside lol
