I don't understand the question? Do mean employer as in you are full time employed? Or do you mean employer as in you are a seller and someone bought a service?

What Youtube video? Please explain because I can't answer your question if I am clueless as to what you are asking

Well, I never had a youtube video as a job pitch for a potential employer. Though this is a very good subject and idea if you ask me. If you really want a certain job or position, maybe is a good idea to go one step further compared with your competition and create a good youtube video as your own custom CV.
