Hi. From the time of September 3rd and forward I have tried purchasing Instagram followers like I normally would. When I would try to order these followers, I would often get no response from Good Sellers and I have been very confused as to why. Eventually a few sellers messaged me back and let me know that Instagram is currently updating and they cannot provide the follower service. I would like to know why they can't send followers when Instagram is updating, and when I should be able to buy followers again without issue.

However... Most IG follower sellers are resellers of someone else's service. And they don't have the know how to get IG followers other than buying that service. So when you buy from them, they buy them from somewhere else. But they have to wait until that somewhere else has a new system in place to be able to get you IG followers before they can buy it and deliver and complete your order.
At the moment, IG is doing a lot of updates to combat people buying fake followers. As it creates a bad user experience on IG for people. They only want real people following real accounts. What they don't want is 100,000,000 fake accounts created just for the purpose of selling those as followers to peoples IG accounts. Those accounts aren't real and as such don't do any engaging on IG and that's not good for IG in the long run. Hence all the updates!
But eventually, someone will create a new system to get those types of followers. It's like a constant cat and mouse game. With IG being the mouse and you being the cat. The mouse comes up with new tricks to thwart the cat from catching him. But the cat learns those new tricks and finds a way around it (for a while). It's the same with any social media site. Facebook, YouTube, Twitter etc.
So all I can really say to you apart from that. Is to be patient and wait a while until the mouse comes up with a new trick!
