    Well, you seem to have a good enough overall seller rating score. So I won't going to say you are offering crappy services because clearly, you don't.

    I personally try my best to stay calm and help the client until he/her is satisfied. With some people that may be hard or pretty much impossible, but you can at least try, if it doesn't work out, well, you tried! Also, don't be afraid of negative reviews. Everybody, gets them eventually.

    I don't get what you mean, I mean, you're saying conflicting things. You say in one part "how to deal with buyers that never satsfied no matter what you did" and in another you're saying "specially when you outsource the work?".

    Why would a buyer be happy that you've outsourced the work? That contradicts what you've said and perhaps that's the reason they're not happy right there. When someone buys something from you, they expect you to do it yourself. When you're outsourcing it, you're putting the work into someone else's hands. It could be because in your service description you're talking about it as though it's you that is providing the service. So when you outsource it to someone else, they are left feeling miffed and cheated almost. Sure people understand that you may outsource parts of the work. But when you're outsourcing all of it, you're only acting as a middleman and then charging them extra for that. People aren't going to be happy with that regardless to what you did because really, you didn't do anything. And it makes them think, well this person is only acting as a reseller and charging me extra for that. I can probably get this elsewhere for a bit cheaper and all I'm paying for here is for him to outsource it to someone else. No doubt you're adding more onto the service price that shouldn't cost that much for that work. So of course people aren't going to be happy with that. Am I wrong here?

    Well if it is a trend that buyers are never happy perhaps it is time to look at the product or the service you are providing?

    I think services like buying bulk traffic is awful. Chances are so high that these "visitors are bots not real people and if they are real people it will be traffic like traffic exchanges. If someone is willing to sit and try make money on a traffic exchange being paid $0.001 per click then I doubt those people will have money to buy my products and services.

    Ok so I never buy bulk traffic but if I was a buyer and I thought that would help my business I would be miffed if I got no sales and no leads from all that traffic. I might even think that type of traffic would benefit me but it wont, it could hurt my website.

    So those types of services are perhaps not make for happy customers.

    I would concentrate on giving really good services that are needed and that will make a positive difference to a persons website or business.

    This is one negative of outsourcing jobs for most of these clients will notice immediately they see a done work that you're not the person that did it. So, that's the reason that I always go through every work that I gave out to others and look at ways to improve on what was done.
