Someone just ordered but not completed the order and i asked him to complete the order to able to send your service, but he doesn't know how to do that and wont complete.
Should i contact support or wait?

All the buyer has to do to complete an order is to reply to your message after its been marked as delivered and it should complete itself once they hit reply, as the buyer get a box saying "this will complete the order do you want to do this"
if however they still have issues, I would contact support to help complete the order as it sounds like there may be an issue with the website if its not completing the order as usually its just a click of a button on the order by typing a thank you message and pressing "yes" to complete it.
