    PC purchase with Window 10 any good

    i think to buy pc with windows 10 installed on it and use it without formating is that good and safer?

    Well yes and no. It depends. If you buy a computer with Win10 preinstalled on it for you from a reputable dealer like PC word / Curry's or something then it will probably be fine. But if you buy a computer/laptop with Win10 installed on it from some guy off craigslist or something then you run the risk that they might have installed a keylogger or something like that on that computer. Even if they didn't install anything like that on it their self before selling it to you, it could have become infected without them even know about it. That's why if you do ever buy a used computer/laptop then you need to reformat it and reinstall a fresh copy of Windows on it "just in case". Besides, it will probably run faster anyway if the last person has been using it a lot, installing lots of apps and things like that. It's just better to be safe than sorry!

    Of course. I personally like installing and configuring my own windows installation but nevertheless, new computers with windows 10 install are perfectly safe and legal, basically they have a paid version of Windows.

    I has such an installation for the longest time on my laptop when I bought it, had it for about 3 years straight when I eventually needed to format because of some virus, but otherwise I had no problem, my PC was fully functional from minute one without any need of installing drivers and stuff like that.

    I had my 1st problem with Win Expl. contextual menu in Windows 10. At Windows Explorer I had no way to create new folders, new txt files and a few related problems. Tried some fixes, worked for a few days, then the same problem until I reinstalled the OS.

    Yes, of course. Personally for me Windows 10 it’s great operating system, and I don’t have anything against them, it will run very smoothly without any error if the right drivers are installed, because everything depends on drivers, and unfortunately Windows 10 rules are a bit different from other systems when it comes to wrong drivers.

    I’ve switched to windows 10 for more than 1 year ago, and I’m happy with its performance, and I’ve never faced errors with it.

    Actually I’m using Insider Preview which is really cool, the advantages of use of Insider Preview is because I see things too early before Microsoft release them to the public, also I send feedbacks for anything that might be wrong or should be changed.

    Yes of course it is. I think most are actually being sold with Windows 10 by now so it is not much of an option.

    I hate Windows 10, therefore if I decide to buy any new computer I will opt in for the Windows 7 operating system. However, if there ever comes a point in which I will no longer be able to downgrade to Window 7, I may have to just bite the bullet so to speak, and use that awful operating system.

    One thing I hate about the operating system is the way it's all set up, and the fact that cortana generally logs everything you do. I don't want Microsoft being nosy with my keywords, and such, that is a blatant invasion of privacy which I do not condone in any way, shape or form.

    Interesting. It always makes me wonder whether M$ can see everything you do on Windows. Regardless to OS version. Like if they record all your activity under some secret government clause that was set up to detect criminal and terrorist activity. I don't do anything illegal or like that on my computer but it still makes me wonder if actually, they have some lab somewhere where everything like that is fed back to them and they can analyze it and see what every Windows user is up to. I guess that's for the really paranoid and probably doesn't but who really knows eh!?

    I don't do anything illegal either, unless you specify freelancing as illegal activity? LOL. However, I heard that when you report errors to microsoft they also transfer information from Internet Explorer, like which website you we're on, coordinates, keywords, etc. Unsure how true it is, however I'm sure it holds some validity to it.

    I don't really mind if cortana is on the operating system but what I don't like is microsoft logging our data to provide to government agencies, and to make money from my internet searches. I feel if they are using my data to target ads, than they should be paying me to use their operating system. LOL.

    If you are a iOS user than Apple already logs your information, and the government agencies can easily access it. Apple says that they can't because it's all encrypted but we are talking about the government here, they have access to amazing hackers that can do amazing things.
