Write the reason you're deleting this FAQ
I really love the new look of my profile.
I have only but one issue with it. This more exactly:
I'm both Phone verified and Address Verified but that isn't too clear from the normal user.
Because I see two columns and both Phone and Address seem empty, like I'm not really verified.
I would make the text green or place a check mark on the second column to make it clear we are actually verified.

I sort of agree. The new profile layout does look really good. Updated and modern like. And while having "Address verified" and "Phone verified" on your profile in the side bar, does show that you are either of which. But a simple green tick or something next to it as well would help the people that don't understand that having those on your profile means that is what you are. Because we know that by simply having them there on your profile in the sidebar means you are either address or phone verified else they wouldn't show. But it could be that a lot of people don't understand that. So putting a little green tick next to it, something like this or something, would/could help make it more clear to people.

Well guys it looks like they've heard our voices and gone ahead and added those recommended changes. I see a little green tick in a box next to it saying phone or address verified on our profiles now which is pretty cool. Mind you, this wasn't drastically needed or anything, because that wouldn't show there if they wasn't either phone/address verified. If they haven't done that step that just doesn't show. But this does make it much more clearer now to anyone that might not understand that by having the green tick mark check there now and also goes to show how much Jordan cares about the site and its users and willing to make the smallest changes to make people happy. Just sayin' that's what you want someone like that running the show, pullin' the strings. Now let's all say cheers! LOL Pretty cool though right? :D

Having that check mark will ensure the buyers that they are ordering from a legitimate freelancer, who has done the steps necessary to verify their account. I hope that check mark could get added soon. One more thing I would like to add, is that the verified check mark should be seen side wide near the username as it's also commonly done on social media. Yes, I would happen to agree with this. The common blue check mark would suffice in this area, and buyers would be more willing to know that a seller has verified their address along with their phone number for enhanced security, and more trust. As it looks now, it just appears to have a 2 columns that you really don't know if they are actually address verified, or even phone verified.
