I don't know what you're trying to do or if you own the content at the URL you're trying to delete but here are the instructions for how and when you should.

Maybe you are talking of your own site that appears on the search results? If that is the case then you just have to post some backlinks on low quality sites and change the keywords on your web pages. Better yet, remove the keywords so there will be no reference whatsoever. That will leave your site with no keywords and bad backlinks that will certainly lower the ranking in the search engines.
