some people sell services and guarantee that you will rank higher if you bought thier services is that true? and how they will rank you?

If you looking to buy one of these services and not really sure if your blog will be ranked higher, then i guess you should choose one with good rating by trusted service provider and discuss this matter with your seller before buying. You can use service comments or private messages for this.
Providing guaranty probably have it's own plan how to do, and every seller have it's own tactics to provide this service, so we can't really answer your question here in community discussions because there is many different ways it can be done.
Presale questions are allways good and smart idea to do, to make sure you will get what you pay for, so contact seller and ask!

Nobody can guarantee page 1 rankings on Google, not even the best sellers here.

Rankings must firstly start with good quality content that is optimized well, then yes ordering an SEO service to help with ranking can help. However if the content is low quality and it is not optimized for SEO then nothing can help that content.

Most of the work must be done before hiring someone for SEO otherwise it will be just about worthless.

I don't agree with services making a guarantee that they can increase rankings simply because there are too many variables that come into ranking.

I have read in so many discussions that there is no guarantee to be ranked not only #1 but also to be included in the first page of the search list result. The algorithm of search engines are dynamic that it changes all the time, according to what I had read. That means SEO is not an exact science that no one can guarantee to give your website the ranking that you desire. Just do the hard work of SEO methods that you know and let it roll with the search engines.

The thing is, it's a play on words isn't it. Because we know that with the right SEO, backlinks etc, that can improve your ranking positions. And for low-medium competition strength keywords, sometimes just one SEO service can be enough to truly put you on the 1st page of Google SERPS. But they shouldn't guarantee 1st position results unless it comes with a money back guarantee. But of course, nobody does that. So when they say they can rank you higher, they're not lying or making false promises because provided the keywords you're targeting aren't too high competition and you already have your on-page SEO sorted, then their SEO service could indeed rank your site higher.

How they actually rank you is usually explained within and on their service description page. A good SEO will be completely transparent about what it is they're actually going to do so you know what it is exactly that you're going to get. Although some of them may do one or two things that are hidden from non-buyers and only shown to you after you've purchased the service when it's complete in the work report.

So yes, through the right SEO, and having good on-page SEO, absolutely they can rank you higher. But this is no secret. That's why SEOClerks is so successful and why all the SEO's on here have so many happy clients. But surely you already know this?

Let's think about it. Google invested millions of dollars and people working there are really talented. So please consider carefully. I don't think anyone can be good enough to trick Google for long. History proves it!

Tumichael, you are actually right with your opinion, that's why we don't recommend using any kind of black-hat techniques because it can be bad influence on someone's website. But some SEO experts are very good and can provide quality SEO work done to boost Google ranking. Just have to be careful when choosing right services and freelancers for hire.

Hi sanfora thanks for your question. I think you believe that Google first page not a joke. It is need time and money and plan. I think if you take proper SEO service, and if you implement according to Google term, your site should be rank. I am not sure how long will take? So, here some seller selling guarantee Google first page. I do not give you exact opinion what they will do and how ?guarantee on that service. But as I can say one my service also similar and I do on-page and off-page SEO. I recommended some on-page SEO too and get report for website error where need to be develop. if anybody get those suggestions, I think his site should be rank.
