Can a seller still attain level 3 or 4 or X status if he has an infraction before.

In one of the requirements for a seller to get to a higher level from level 1 is that there should be no infraction (follow the rules) as shown in the picture below. what of if the seller is a level one seller or has been demoted to level 1, does it mean the the seller will remain a level one seller FOREVER because he has an infraction before or does it apply to when he has an ACTIVE infraction at that point in time. what is your take on this $Can a seller still attain level 3 or 4 or X status if he has an infraction before.$

infraction last for couple of weeks and then expired , while you got infraction you demoted to level one Once infraction expired you will get your level back
be sure after 2/3 infraction you will get banned automatically So follow the rules to survive here

Depends on the infraction. Some expire and some don't. Point is, you should do your best to follow the rules.

READ the rules and make sure you don't break any of them with the services you offer or your attitude towards clients.
If your infractions expire, then yes, you can eventually reach a higher level again and maybe even level X if Administrators think you are worth it.

Hi chetaseo thanks for your question. I read your explanation and I agree with you for getting level 3 or higher, you do not have to infraction. If you have infraction, you cannot reach such level. But, you have to have exist infraction. Yu may know infraction for certain time. And after certain time will be expired automatically. In this period, you cannot get level 3 or higher level. But, if it has expired. no problem for further for getting level up. It does not matter what you got previously. Infraction calculate by current status. Hope you understand.

Thank you very much for showing some concern. guess that a seller is safe afterall from staying in one level forever because of infraction. Eevn me, myself, i feel so happy about this, the crucial thing here is that one must try to obey the rules at all times to avoid receiving another infraction again.

Yeah once your infraction expires, your level will reset back to whatever it was before you got that infraction. If you do the same thing again you will get another infraction for however long the staff see fit that it should be for. But doing the same thing over and over again, like more than twice and three times in fact will probably get your account banned if they are really close together. You can think of the infraction like you would jail time. When you go to jail, you have plenty of time to think about what you done and how it was a bad/wrong thing to do. And the life in prison is pretty grim as well. Being banged up in your cell for 23 hours of the day and not being able to come and go as you please. Having to eat prison issue food and wear prison issue clothes. No TV, no Xbox and stuff like that. Although these days most modern prisons allow such things depending on the prison and the crime you've committed. But the point is, they give you enough time to think about what you've done. So if you come out and do the same thing in a short period of time, it's like you haven't learned your lesson and if you get caught, you'll likely have to do a longer prison sentence. Or a longer infraction time in the case of SEOClerks.

I am happy at the fact that one's account can be restored back to his original level after the infraction must have expired and also that the infraction even if it has expired wont prevent the seller or buyer from moving up to a higher level if all the requirements has been met. Yes it makes sense what everyone here has already said. I suppose it depends very much on the reason for the infraction too. Some things are quite serious and there are I'm sure plenty of milder misdemeanors.

Levels 3 and 4 are done by the system, so you could reach all those requirements despite having the odd infraction or two. However I would think that having a few infractions in the past could very much count against you ever reaching a Level X depending on what the infractions were for since Level X sellers are handpicked by SeoClerks staff.

So if that is a goal I would read through the terms and make sure that you stick to all the rules.
