What do I have to do to go from level 3 seller to 3x seller?
What do I need to do?
Also what's the best way to attract new members to SEOclerks?

Abid has hit the nail on the head. You have to do something extraordinary that gets you noticed. Something that brings value to the SEOClerks marketplace and or the community itself.

You can think of it like the illuminati. In that you don't approach them and ask to work for them. They approach YOU and ask you. But only if you've done or you're doing something that good that gets you noticed by them to make them approach you. In the real world that means being someone like Bill Gates or Michael Jackson or something.

On SEOClerks that means doing something über amazing like having a lot of sales and having an awesome amount of positive recommendations or getting and having a lot of affiliates and bringing in a lot of money to the site. As well as being someone that regularly helps people in the Community Discussion area here. Although doing that regularly will get you noticed it doesn't mean you will be upgraded to level x3 status. Although it will help.

But like said. You don't approach the illuminati. They approach you!

As it state on this link: User Levels, you need to fulfill following requirements:

X level users are the elite. This group of users is manually selected by the staff of SEOLads.

RequirementsMust be Level 3 or greater
Should be an affiliate
Should have social pages representing you here
Must get noticed by StaffBenefitsAll benefits of level 1-3
Cannot be demoted automatically
Highest priority tickets and staff guidelines/restrictions that prevent your account from being restricted in any way.
Withdraw 999 times per 31 days
Ability to obtain X4 and X5 (Level 4 and 5 benefits)

Getting Level X is approved by Seoclerks staff manually and you need probably to show something extraordinary, like big sales, quality services, high volume of affiliates nad other aspects of bringing more value to whole Seoclerks community and marketplace. You can also search community discussions for more information as it was discussed many times before too.

That's in real life. But SEOClerks nobody is expecting you to moonwalk and create the next Xbox! You do have some nice recommendations though so you're definitely headed in the right direction. Don't think that stuff like that goes unnoticed. Just keep chipping away and working towards your goals. And good luck!
