    FOR ALL SERVICES WE SELL CAN WE FIND ALL ORDERS RELATED TO JUST A CERTAIN SERVICE?

    Yes, I sell different services and at times have a lot of orders going at once. Is there any way I can bring up all the orders just for a particular service? I know you can use clients names to check on all orders, but I don't see an option to just bring up all orders related to a certain service.

    Hi cdrocks. You should submit this as a feature suggestion. You should put why you think it will be useful to have and why and then if many people agree with it and like the idea of it also. Staff can look into it and see if it's worth adding as a feature or not. FOR ALL SERVICES WE SELL CAN WE FIND ALL ORDERS RELATED TO JUST A CERTAIN SERVICE?

    As far as I know there is no option to sort them out in that way. You can only see them in the order that they were placed, or by the username of the buyer.

    Yes I pointed this out once. It would be really helpful if we could have different sorting options in the Manage Sales section where the Active Orders are listed. For sellers like me and you that get lots of orders on various services, it sometimes gets confusing.

    I haven't got any services listed here, but I would certainly think that this would be a very handy feature to have. I am a control freak by nature and I like to be able to keep myself very organized... so this type of feature would really appeal to me if I ever listed services here.

    Yes I am a control freak also in being organized I cannot think straight to do a job otherwise lol! Sometimes looking at over 160 orders running at one time it is hard to keep track, therefore I find myself delivering an order once the late notice comes up even tho it was done a day or 2 earlier lol!

    Good idea. Maybe this feature should be enabled only if you need it. For example, I don't need such a feature since I rarely have more than 10 active orders at once.

    But I can imagine how complicated it would be to have 150 active orders from different services. A simple on-off button for such an organizing features should be cool.

    I think this would be a great feature to have, they already have search by username why not search by order? I could only imagine if someone were to get hundreds of orders per day and what it must be like for those that have to shift through pages, and pages of orders to find an order from earlier in the week. So this feature definitely has my vote, and I hope to see it live on the website if it is ever considered.
