Any program or something to return some deleted docs and pictures software ext... how to get it back again,

Yeah you can recover deleted files from your HDD. Don't know about SSD but I definitely did recover stuff from my HDD in the past.
There are plenty of free software out there you can use.

By "turn" I presume you mean "recover". If you have an HDD and are running Windows, you can just use some Windows file recovery software. When it comes to that "Windows file recovery software". There are both free and paid tools out there. The best thing to do is do a Google search and find the lists of the best Windows file recovery software. Tech Radar have a great list. But I can tell you now that the data recovery tools that make most lists is EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard and Paragon Rescue Kit Free Edition. They are both excellent file recovery tools that you can run on your Windows PC and it will scan your HDD for whatever file type (Extension) you tell it to.

So let's say you just wanted to recover some .xls or .jpeg files or even a .zip file only. You can select these extensions before the software runs and it will return any that it finds for you. What you have to realize is when you delete something from your PC, it's never truly deleted. All it does is say okay, this block is now writable again. But the file itself still exists. It's just able to be written over again. It's the same when you "format" your HDD before reinstalling Windows. It doesn't actually "wipe" the HDD. All it does is mark all the 1's as 0's. It just makes all the blocks (sectors) writeable again. So if you've been downloading large files and saving them to your HDD since you deleted the file you wanted to recover, you may have over written the sector where that file was on the HDD. In which case you cannot recover it.

Once it's over written, it doesn't matter what file recovery software you use, it's gone forever!

I used to shift+delete everything. But I done it on some important files once (many years ago). And I had to go through the process of downloading and installing tons of different file recovery tools and try to recover them. I can't even remember right now if I even recovered them but it taught me a valuable lesson. Never use shift+delete just send it to the recycle bin instead. Then that way, if you do need to get it back it can be recycled. That's why they call it the recycle bin and not just the bin.

Although I rename mine so it says "Trash" instead using Windows power tools.

Oh I've had this problem before. I am not sure how to resolve it.

Maybe you should consider using Dropbox for all your things? I have found this to be an amazing service and really helpful. Firstly if something happens to your computer all your files are safe and the next thing is that if you have deleted something you can recover it really easily.

I have used this feature in Dropbox a few times to recover things and it is so easy. If I can do it, then anyone can.

Can you not restore your machine to a previous date maybe?
