Write the reason you're deleting this FAQ
Some people are spending lots of money to make super big Facebook pages, more fans, more posts. But I don't see any end gain in doing that, do you? What's to be gained by all this? Are big Facebook pages ever profitable? Because, Facebook doesn't like it when you push traffic off their site.

However, Facebook limits the reach of your Facebook page so that your posts are only seen by so many people. If you want your posts to reach more people and be seen by more people (your fans of that Page) you need to pay for that privilege. You need to pay for Page post boosts. For this reason, many people have given up using Pages for their business now and don't put much emphasis on them. With Facebook's reach limit for a Page that has say 500,000 fans, your organic reach could be only around 2%. This is just diabolical and outright greed IMHO. At the end of the day, your Page brings people to Facebook so they should be rewarding you for that. Not limiting your reach by such a huge astronomical number and then making you pay to reach more people. This is why I don't use Facebook for personal reasons anymore because I see it as a giant greedy corporate money sucker. It's not enough that they make billions in ad revenue every year they have to try other ways to suck as much money as they can from people that actually bring business their way???
Still many people use Facebook Pages because it's good to have one and have that social side to your business and it's a place people can go to to get a feel for your business, to ask questions and get answers. To get updated on orders and that. And it's good to have a lot of fans too. If your business is a good one and is popular, your fans will grow organically and you wont have to ever buy any. But they can still be well worth having even if Facebook does limit how many people can actually see your posts for drumming up new business and getting new clients. Or just for gaining a new fan if you're a celebrity. But I wouldn't personally pump a lot of money into a Facebook page. Plus if you do buy fans for it (not from Facebook) and your posts don't have a lot of engagement that wont look right! Of course big Facebook pages are better! Better for your business.
