Hi as a freelancer I always respect all my clients. Last week I faced a buyer who really frustrated me. After purchasing my service he asked a question about my service which I had explained very well in my service description. I just answered him to please read my service description again. Hope you will get all answers from there.
And in the following message, the buyer replied as like as he does not want to read the description but just wanted me to refund the money and to cancel the order. He said I do not want your service anymore because for a simple service, I do not need to read a bunch of blah blah blah.
I suggested that before purchasing any service form any seller, he must make sure to read the service description first, and then place the order. That would be best for both.
I realized that the buyer had not read anything from my service - he just placed the order.
If you faced this type of client how would you handle him?
Oh! I also accept his cancel request.

If I were in your position I would be really annoyed. Stay polite, accept the order cancelation and forget about it. Some people are just strange and are clueless in life. There is not much you can do to change this fact, just don't get worked up about it :)

He asked you a question and instead of just answering him, you pointed him to your service page. Now I've missed some information on service pages, websites, blogs, etc. and I ask questions all the time about stuff. Whenever someone says "Read the service page again" I just feel like they're say "Hey dummy, go read the page again because I don't want to waste my time answering you".
Now obviously you're not thinking that, but that's how it could come across if you're not willing to take 10 seconds of your time to provide an answer for the client.
There could have also been some type of language barrier and the guy might have thought you were being rude, when you really weren't.
A good rule of thumb that I have my people do is when someone asks a question via email or support ticket, answer their question and 3 more that they might have as follow up questions. This way you answer everything in one shot and they are more willing to sign up because you went above and beyond the call of duty and answered more than they needed :)
I can tell by glancing at your profile that you are a great service provider on SeoClerks and that you do the best you can for your clients. This must have just been a misunderstanding and the buyer was having a bad day. Or he was just a jerk lol :D
