Write the reason you're deleting this FAQ
I have noticed that a lot of persons do advertise their products and services to as many Facebook group as possible but when i checked out for any comments or reply, i see absolutely nothing despite the fact that they post good quality products and services. This is most common with Facebook groups that deals on MLM marketing, internet marketing, online advertising etc. Is it that the group members are also sellers themselves who jsut become members to be able to post in these Facebook groups that they belong or the buyers are not interested in them? please i want to know why?

That's why when posting to Facebook groups, it pays to keep posting the same thing but in different ways using different descriptions, images etc and keep doing it all the time. Like everyday! At least 2-3 times a day. The morning, afternoon and evening times are best. But even this doesn't guarantee any response or engagement with your post. So is it still worth submitting to Facebook groups at all?
It is, because there are several other benefits that come with it. The first is that for public groups, your post can be indexed by Google and this will show and count as a social signal. Not all groups are public though of course. But there are some things you can do to get more engagement and response on your Facebook group posts. Mostly this involves kick starting activity by commenting on it with other Facebook accounts your self. Or even getting other people to comment on those group posts too. Posts that have a lot of comments on them will naturally attract more interest and further engagement than posts that don't have any comments.
You can of course, also build likes and shares to it as well. This is especially useful for public group posts as each like/share and comment is counted as another social signal. You can get them on here in bulk amounts for cheap. They aren't usually real but of course, it can strengthen those posts and go on to attract real comments, likes and shares because those people love to comment on posts that have already been commented on. They want to see what it is about it that is getting so much interest and hype! Because hype begets hype! Just like likes and shares beget more likes and shares and comments beget more comments.
If you're a Facebook group owner you can get more from your group than the members can. As the owner you can "pin" posts to the top of the timeline so they stay at the top and on the front page all the time for people who are visiting/using that group. I have a couple big YouTube Facebook groups and sometimes I'll pin my clients videos to the top of the group for a while with a Call To Action for people to like it, share it, subscribe etc etc and it gets more response than if I post to a 100 similar groups.
But that's just a couple things about Facebook groups. With regards to your question one one does Facebook post marketing to get traffic. Groups aren't the be all and end all only way to do that. The other way is by commenting on Pages in YOUR nice as well. Unlike groups, you don't have to be a member of a Page to post to it. Some will moderate and approve your posts you make on them but provided it's something that the page is about they will likely approve it.
The trick is to posting in such a way that the Admins themselves will end up liking your post. Not all of it's members will see it but its worth doing because there can be so many pages in your niche or a general niche that you can post to and some of their members will see it. Plus most Facebook pages are indexed in Google too so you'll get a backlink from them and again, it will count as a social signal in Google too which has long-term benefits from a ranking perspective.
However, what I find works best when you do this, (comment on other Pages) is not to link out to your site. But rather to only use your Facebook page URL or a post from your Facebook page. This looks so much better and is how networking works and is much less spammy. So link to one of your Facebook page posts that actually links to your website, MLM/CPA offer whatever etc. Also you can catch some real fans this way as well and it has quite a good response/referral rate for some niches.

Most of those MLM groups were started by someone in the MLM industry in some way. And you are right in that some groups have many thousands of members but the posts made on them, even though good posts, don't get any engagement on them. This is mainly because they are quickly buried under many hundreds of other posts made to that group every day. That's the thing with big groups. You'd think that the bigger the group, the more engagement or response your posts would make and have.
