After 7-8 years working as a freelancer, I have faced many buyers. Some were very friendly and very communicative, whereas others were really bossy. And some of them act as like they do not only purchased service but also they purchased freelancer too. I had many strict buyers who react as if they are a boss instead of friends.
So- Do you think friendly communication between both is the best way to get the best service from a seller instead of acting like a boss?
And what intend really working in buyer mind to act such a bossy?

That's just because that's the way some people are. Some people are like that and don't realize they're being bossy. Some people don't mean to be like that but come across like that to you. It's best not to read too much into it and just take it on the chin like you do everything else. Just adopt a flippant approach to it and don't let it effect you so much so that you end up retaliating as you can end up alienating that person. So when someone is being bossy with you and demanding more from you than the service they have paid for, just politely tell them that you want to help them and will try your best to and will try to go the extra mile for them so that they are happy but at the end of the day, you can only do what is set out in your service and you promise to make sure that it's done on time and adequately fulfilled for them. Just try to always remain professional in your approach and never be rude to them no matter how rude or bossy or demanding they are being. At the end of the day, you are the one in control of the situation and you're a professional freelancer so can only provide a professional service. Sometimes it's fine to put your foot down and tell people that you feel like they're being too demanding and asking for something that isn't included in the service. It's fine to do that! Most people will respect and understand that. But if possible, try to change the way it's going by asking them a question about something else so that you can diffuse the situation and turn it around so that the buyer is happy rather than leaving it and ignoring their pleas and demands which is very tempting to do but it's always better to deal with it than ignore it. In my opinion anyway. :)

Yeah some people make a bigger deal of things than they are. Some people are very sensitive and don't have a very thick skin so they are easily offended. The thing is there are people who don't understand this and think because they are that way everyone else should be but people aren't like that in real life. It takes all sorts to make the world go round and I was always brought up to know three things.

Three simple rules to live by and understanding them will help you to go far. Much further than someone is arrogant and bullish. Why can't all people just be nice eh LOL :)
