A suspicious buyer took my service and didn't want to pay.

I have trouble with one specific buyer. I noticed how he never bought anything before and just minutes after he bought my service and it was delivered, he asked for a refund without reason. He just wants to keep my service without paying. These type of situations can happen a lot, especially with instant downloads; the buyer gets the file and then cancels with a bogus reason and no one can stop them.

I am not sure what to do about this, except to warn others that it can happen.

In such case you should always contact support staff as it is a matter of handling a buyer who is trying to get away without paying. State the order number and the username of the buyer and explain what happened. Hope the matter will be resolved soon.
