    Demoted from level 2 to level 1

    I was level 2 and now i am level 1 but i don't know why as i have followed the rules and don't have infraction and login often Explain it to me.

    Because your response time is 5 days, make sure to decrease it.If you want to gain level2 your response time must be 72h or less.

    Exactly, I believe that that's the problem. Try to respond to the buyers as soon as possible Seoexpert, so that you will reduce your response time. I recommend that you make sure that you have enabled the option of receiving an email from SeoClerks whenever an order is placed or someone sends you a message, so that you will be able to get back to him/her promptly. Or else make sure that you log in at least once daily. Any orders you get, try to see to them as soon as possible. Good luck in getting back to level 2 asap ;)

    Response time is calculated by the amount of time it takes you (as a seller) to respond to any comment or update to an order for the last 30 days. This calculation does not include your inbox, only the messages within orders.

    Hi Procoder,
    I was a level 3 seller . I was inactive for some days like a month or little more. I got 4 negative reviews during that time. My responsiveness badly increased up 29 days or more. For all those issues my ID has gone down to level 1.
    So can you please tell me at this position how can I get my level 3 back. I will be waiting for your response.

    I guess you need to check again if you have some infraction. Since your rating is 100% it look OK. So you may need to contact help desk to resolve this problem
