Write the reason you're deleting this FAQ
So I ordered an SEO package to get my website on 1st page google its quiet a few days late i tried contacting them them they say they in middle of finishing and creating my report another few days later still nothing i contacted them again this time said was celebrating Eid which I have no problem with that but am still waiting not sure what to do should I cancel the order. I've waited this long, should I keep waiting or ask for cancellation?

I've been doing SEO and Online Marketing since 2003 and every report I've built for a client, was done over the time of the campaign and not at the end. It has to be built during the process because there are so many things that factor into an SEO campaign that you need to put everything in a file as you finish otherwise stuff gets lost.
If I were you I would request a cancelation of the order. I'm not a huge fan of excuses, and it seems like that is what they are giving you. Not completing the job when they said it would be done isn't professional, so there's that. And on top of it they said they can't send you a report because they are now celebrating a holiday.... What's their next excuse? It's Christmas in 5 months so they have to get their shopping done otherwise their kids will cry when they don't have the perfect gift under the tree? lol.
If you decide to give them the benefit of the doubt and wait for their holiday to be over, be sure to check your report thoroughly. If they were placing backlinks for your website you'll be able to see when a lot of them were placed because of time stamps. Check the time stamps, if they are from today then you know they were just buying time because they didn't really do the work until you complained. This happens a lot and can hurt a website because some companies and service providers will rush the work and build all the backlinks overnight when they should have been built over a long period of time.
