    Just wondering how many surfers. There is a lot of coastline around the world and most of the population lives relatively close to an ocean. If you do surf add a picture of your local surf spot. Even if you don't surf send a picture of your local beach.

    Be careful, once you try it you'll be hooked for life. I have been surfing for 49 years. I am now 52 and full of vim and vigor! How many members are surfers?

    Surfing for 49 years? And you're 52? .. You started out as a 3 year old?! WOW! How many members are surfers?

    I've never surfed even though I've always thought it would be cool to try. Have you travelled the world and done that, or have you always been "at home" so to speak?

    Yes, I have traveled to surf, Mexico, Hawaii, California entire East Coast of the USA and the Caribbean. I want to go to Australia, New Zealand and Indonesia just need the time.

    Never been to Sayulita. I look at pictures on the web and it looks like a pretty area. Maybe someday soon I'll be able to travel more.

    I always loved to watch good surfers on big waves but never really wanted to do it my self. Since i am not leaving on the sea side i am actually going to try rafting, which is more popular in my country and i guess its very exciting too, to raft down the fast mountain river which we have plenty around here in Bosnia How many members are surfers?

    Relaxing? How can you relax on a white water rapid? You're constantly bouncing all over the place! LOL I know what you mean though, it is one of the best things you can do and is a lot of fun. Apart from when you go over board and go under the water, that's no so fun. But a good quality life jacket helps! That guy in the front looks like he's absolutely fearing for his life! LOL

    Awesome Anweb! I've only ever done this once but it wasn't for a very long time and I was very young and don't really remember it only that it was good fun and very enjoyable. I hope one day to do this again somewhere whether with some friends or with a club or something. I used to love my watersports and would go canoeing a lot. I once canoed a hundred miles up the River Avon and it took all day and I felt like my arms were going to drop off but it was good and I would do it again in a heartbeat! There's just something so relaxing about being on the water and being your own captain. Even if that is in a one man canoe! Maybe one day SEOClerks can all join up and do something like this that would be insane. 10 affiliates in a boat! How many make it to the end! LOL

    Oh wow Everett not bad! Where is that to mate? I thought I was lucky living near the sea. Except my beaches are all shingles and not sand and we'd be lucky to go 2 or 3 days without it raining or being overcast! That looks really stunning though and sort of like a holiday destination. We're all coming to yours for the summer holidays now Everett! Team SEOClerks on the beach having a BBQ and snorkeling! I'm ready!! How many members are surfers?

    I literally live on the beach... but it is a bay so we don't have waves which is fine with me, it suits me as a mom with a 2 year old and a 4 year old that can't swim. It is so much safer How many members are surfers? So it is not a surfing beach, not by a long shot.

    However I grew up in Noordhoek (Cape Town, South Africa) which is well known as being an amazing surf spot.... however I am terrified of being in the open water. I am scared of drowning and terrified of sharks. There have been a number of shark attacks in the area I grrew up (Noordhoek, Kommetjie, Muizenburg, Fish Hoek beaches). One woman swimming was completely eaten at Fish Hoek beach and loads of surfers have lost limbs. Not for me!

    Cape Town & Port Elizabeth South Africa is another place that I would love to visit and surf. There is a surf spot called Jefferies Bay near Port Elizabeth I would like to surf. I too don't like sharks especially the big ones you have in the waters of South Africa.
