Write the reason you're deleting this FAQ
I'm really not one to email a company's Customer Support Team before doing my research and trying to find a solution myself. I certainly don't want to waste anyone's time.
HOWEVER, I recently had an issue that I just couldn't seem to resolve on my own. I hesitantly emailed the SEOclerks Help Desk about it. I didn't know if it was something that I should even bother them about, but I just didn't see another way.
I wasn't expecting a whole lot, maybe hoping for a reply in the next week with a, "That's not our problem", "See our FAQ" - or at best, a "Here's what you can try" semi-auto response.
Beverly wrote me back almost immediately and, to my surprise, solved my problem 100%, just like that. She was remarkably amicable, understanding and fun to talk with. She didn't make me feel like I was hassling her or wasting her time. She made me feel genuinely valued and understood. It was honestly so refreshing.
Props to Beverly for the truly outstanding care. Seriously the best Customer Support experience I've ever had.

Well that's great Bob! I've been thinking to do a post like this just to give it up for Beverly because without her, I'm not sure how things would hold up around here! She is basically the [b]glue[/b] that holds everything together! I've been very fortunate to work closely with Beverly and have learned a lot from her in terms of her professionalism, customer service skills, life, the universe and just about every classic movie you can think of! :)
I've also only received amazing customer support from her in all matters. I have found that she is fair, professional, caring and passionate about what she does and it's very clear to see that when you spend any time talking to her. If you're lucky enough to do that that is.
So three cheers for Beverly! :D

Every time she's been extremely helpful and I always got the answer I was hoping for. Most of the time I get answers to follow up questions I didn't know I was going to ask until I read the answer to my first question. It's like she was reading my mind and knew what my follow up questions were going to be

Regards by Ajlancer Hi bobjoehax3 thanks for sharing your opinion and experience with SEOclerks help desk. I have been working here on SEOclerks almost from the beginning of SEOclerks and several reason I had to contact with SEOclerks help desk. And always I got solution very early and with specific issue from several staff. And all staffs are superb and very frankly. They are really working hard. And last some of months [b]Beverly[/b] may come on help desk and she also awesome staff. And she always try to answer very politely with exact reason. I feel she is deserving for ever best customer support staff as my seen. And it is need to be climb up on sky for any business. SEOclerks did it. Regards by Ajlancer
