Adult Coloring Books provides hours of stress relief and it's easy & fun. I've never used one myself, but I've been thinking of creating one, and to sell it.
My girlfriend are using one from time to time and she finds it very useful.
And for those who doesn't know what I'm talking about, I'll give you a few examples here:
And here's what one thing could look like when you're done.
Adult coloring books are useful and millions of people are buying them.. Do you think it's too late to join this lucrative business, or do you think one could have success?

It's certainly is fun to make money. And having fun is one of my top priorities. I know where to sell it, I even have an "image in my head" of the design for the book and all that.. I have everything I need really, in terms of the product, except the actual images.. Which is about 90% of the product.. :D

Yes! If you set the image search filter to "[b]Labeled for reuse[/b]". This means you can use them for both personal and commercial reasons. However you probably wont find as many images that way. You'll probably find more photos of the actual books that way instead of the actual blank image templates.

However, even without any filters in place you could still use those images yourself for personal reasons. You could still make a book out of them for your own personal usage. But of course, you wouldn't be able to sell them. Not unless they were found in a search where they had been particularly listed as such.
You could probably get someone to make these for you on the cheap though. If you now someone who's an excellent artist and very good at drawing. Or there's probably even some software you can use to make them yourself. I would imagine there are many of these that are in the books that aren't online yet since they only really get online when someone scans them in or they was made online first.
So if there's a demand for them, then you could quite easily start your own business selling adult coloring books and magazines. Keyword Planner tool says "[b]adult coloring books[/b]" gets 368,000 searces p/m. And "[b]coloring books for adults[/b]" or "[b]adult colouring books[/b]" (UK spelling) both get 90,500 p/m so there's quite a lot of demand for it.
Also it seems there was a massive spike during December last year which would probably be a massive amount of people buying them as Xmas presents!
