    How you came in to the seo field?

    So tell me guys how did you came in the SEO field? How you come to know about SEO field? Are you inspired by some one or you found this field your self?

    Back in about 1999 when the Internet first came out and we got our first desktop PC with dial up! Back when it was all about MSN Messenger, AOL and Yahoo Geocities and broadband or fibre optic wasn't even a term! Because at that time, I wanted to get into Desktop Publishing as a career so the computer helped me get involved with it all. I created some Geocity sites on money making schemes but not the online kind like pyramid schemes and that and it all began from there. After they ended, I started looking for other places that I could start the same sort of thing when someone asked me why I don't buy my own site. There wasn't many domain registrars back then though let alone web hosting services and the process was a little more complicated than it is today. I got out of it for about 10 years though and then when I got my new place got the Internet and a laptop and started some forums on web design and stuff like that. I had a couple successful graphic design forums back then and I really learned a lot from them and they set me up for learning about web design and SEO. A phrase that was never mentioned much back then because it wasn't something you needed to do much of to rank high for something. Fast forward another 10+ years and here we are today. I've launched many sites in that time and flipped them and learned a lot about web design and SEO and Internet Marketing and Social Media Marketing too. I've learned a lot since being on SEOClerks too. I can't believe I've been here for about 5 years now and it was one of the best decisions that I've made since 1999! How you came in to the seo field?

    Well I've learned SEO by applying it to my own websites, I started earning and eventually I started doing SEO for money.

    After developing websites for many years I of course has just heard the term and some stage and starting looking into it, learning more and more and just continuing from there.

    I am actually a learner of SEO methods because I have seen the benefit of a site when SEO work is done on it. As they say SEO is the thing of the future and the future is now. That is the reason why I am serious in learning all the SEO methods that I can read in this site. When I first encountered SEO discussions I used to skip and not read because it is very technical. But now I have come to terms with the technical terms and I’m pretty good with my studies.
