Depends on your needs. Wordpress is a very powerful platform.

Are you sure you want to delete this post?

It's very subjective and also dependent on what you want (as the commentator above stated). In that case, I cannot say if a forum, blog, or static website will work best (and after that what particular brand or subset). Instead, I'd have to first ask about your personal needs and budget.

I prefer blogger as they say one's man meat is another man's poison.I think I like it interface, very easy to use especially for newbies, it has a nice theme though custom made can still be used and it can easily be navigated.Well,you look at the two and go with the one you're comfortable with.
