Have you set up response assistance on Facebook fan pages?

Hi we know nowadays social media take big part of our business and we mostly use Facebook for our business and fan page should big one. And recently Facebook insist on response time and response rate on Fan page. So, if you are unable or lazy to response quick who message to you, your response rate and response time will be affected on presence of social network.

And may be by sense of this issue Facebook get you chance to make a response assistance.

It is absolutely working fine and you can set customize message and if you still absent to replay who message you, that auto message will get him response.

So, your response time and rate will keep low.

I have seen this feature before but i totally forgot about it and i can tell that it's smart idea to use it, to reduce responding time, it brings some value to fan page even if you visiting it often and reading your messages. Nice share Ajlancer

Thanks for telling me about this feature; I never knew this was available on Facebook pages. Anyways, this is a good idea though as improving your response time will make your Facebook page look good. However, when people realise it is only an automated reply and the 1-minute response time is fake, then they may not be very happy. It would be nice to have an automatic thank you message though. Even if it is just “Thank you for contacting us. One of our staff will get back to you shortly.”. I may try it out and see how my fans respond to it.

I'm going to be playing with this for a long time now. This will help avoid all those emails from disgruntled buyers who think you're ignoring them lol

Yes I've set this up on all my pages and I find it so much easier now.

I have a special automated response message for each page and it gives everyone a link to a page on my website. I find it very handy.

It is a good idea to set up the automated response and thanks to you I now learnt that it is also possible on Facebook. That is a great idea since response time is very important on Facebook. They even give that green badge to those who reply within a few minutes, and they basically state on the main page how long it takes for messages to be answered. I believe that people tend to check this out, and most likely if they see that messages take a while to be answered they will give up trying to contact you.

Facebook pages nowadays after they made it a milking cow is not advisable anymore, with all the charges more and more people are migrating into Facebook groups which gives you more freedom and interaction with your members and or visitors / traffic.
