Personally i like to read everything that is in my interest, it can be an ebook,book,magazine or anything else. However, i think books are very popular nowadays , but i could say same thing for ebooks, because they are more accessible from anywhere.
What do you prefer..Ebooks or Printed Books?

I've read hundreds of ebooks and for a long time, that's all I wanted, but more recently I like the idea of reading a printed book. Maybe if only because I see or own a printed book so rarely. I don't read books very often now, but when I read a book, it's likely going to be an ebook as that's what I have access to. However, so far, I don't like the selection of ebooks that I have as they are not really as indepth as printed books. Though, once I read a fiction ebook on my laptop and it was a fun experience. Not really like reading the same book in printed form, but pretty nice. If I owned a Kindle, it would have been nicer. :)

I prefer eBooks! They are much better than books because books end up tatty and torn or worse, have pages missing! The only drawback is that you will need an eReader or some type to read them whether that be your PC, a mobile device or tablet or a dedicated eBook eReader device like a Nook or something. And of course, electricity to power the device and actually read them. But generally, there is much more variety available for eBooks than there is books and they're much much cheaper! Of course, books are good as well, I do love books. But most books have been converted to an eBook today so you can probably find it online or buy it from somewhere for a fair price. Some eBooks are ridiculously overpriced though! I see some selling for up to $100 and they're only fictional eBooks too! I think that's just extortion. But despite this, I do prefer eBooks for their ease of use, tidiness and the large variety of them that you can find to download, open and read.
[list][*][b]They are easier and quicker to get.[/b][/*]Most eBooks can be downloaded fairly instantly. Where as with a book you have to wait for it to arrive through the post first.
[*][b]They can be updated quicker.[/b][/*]When something changes, a book needs to be rewritten and republished which can take weeks or months. Not so with an eBook. The author can update it and send this out on the same day.
[*][b]They have free bonuses.[/b][/*]Most eBooks come with free bonus eBooks. But books never come with anything other than the book itself.
[*][b]They take up less space.[/b][/*]A lot of books takes up a lot of space. A thousand books means a lot of shelves! But a thousand eBooks will never take up any real space in your home and can be stored on your eReader or other storage device.
[*][b]They save trees.[/b][/*]Books are good but books require felling trees to make them. Pulp mills also pump out tons of carbon making tons of books. But eBooks don't require any tree felling or paper mills.
[*][b]They're easier to move around.[/b][/*]Imagine lugging around 100+ books with you wherever you want. You'd need a wheelbarrow! Not so with eBooks, they don't take up any space or weight so they're basically weightless and space free.
[*][b]They contain links to other websites.[/b][/*]Books can't contain actual links you can click on but an eBook can. So if there's some valuable resource, you can click on it in the eBook to be taken to that resource. But with a book you can only print the URL and then you have to manually type it to go to it.
[*][b]They can be rebranded.[/b][/*]One of the best things about eBooks is that they can be rebranded. But you can't do that with a book.
[*][b]They are less likely to get damaged.[/b][/*]Books can get damaged easily, pages become tatty or go missing, ears develop on the corners and the binding can come loose. That can never happen with an eBook.
[*][b]They make it easier to find what you need.[/b][/*]With an eBook you can perform a search for any words within it within seconds. But with a book you have to manually flick through the pages to find the information that you need.

So there's some reasons why eBooks are better than books. Of course the only thing about eBooks is....

obviously the feel and smell of a traditional book is always going to remain unmatchable with an ebook, but I think that ebooks are a good option, as long as the ebook reader is well charged. I hate it when it shuts down on me in the middle of a chapter. Of course with a paper book this cannot happen.
I enjoy reading but many printed books are so expensive. So lately, over the last 4 years I decided to read ebooks mostly. I like the fact that I have a backlit screen which allows me to read in bed with the lights switched off.
