    How long does it take for seller to reply to my order?

    How long does it take to get followers and how come the sellers never replies? I've messaged him at least 5 hours ago and still no reply

    The reply time varies depending on the seller.

    SeoClerks has sellers from all over the world so you have to factor in the sellers time zone. If the seller is on the other side of the world from you then he or she could be asleep right now and that would make sense why he or she has not responded yet.

    You can see how long, on average, it takes for each seller to respond to you by looking on their profile.

    I'll use IdealMike as an example since I know him How long does it take for seller to reply to my order?

    If you look on his profile you'll see his profile image, if they're online or offline, their seller level, the date they joined, their seller/buyer rating, the last time they logged in and their response time.

    How long does it take for seller to reply to my order?

    Mike has a response time of 5 hours, which is really good. It means he responds on average of 5 hours to any questions he's sent.

    So I'd recommend checking the sellers profile and seeing if there is a response time listed on his or her profile and checking to see what their average response time is.

    If you bought some package of followers, then on sales page you have deadline of maximum time delivery set by it's seller. Also most "smart" sellers respond to sales and messages as soon as possible, while there is some seller who respond only after the job is done.

    Hi jordanfos19 thanks for your question regarding response by seller. It is depend on seller activity. Some seller has response time 2 hours and some seller has response time 4 days etc. I hope you should check seller response time and you can understand how often seller response? You will see it in seller profile. And could you tell me please where you leave him message? If you leave message in order section, please check order existing deadline and if you see 1 or 2 days just wait until deadline for further reply. Because sometimes seller has to handle lot of orders each day, so, 5 hours not too much. Wait at least until deadline. If you leave message by inbox, so wait at least 24 hours for getting response. Do not worry! Responsible seller must to get you response back within short period.

    Even though the site sends an email to the seller to notify him that you have sent him a message, it could be that he does not check his emails often. Besides you need to take into account time differences between different countries. It could be that when you sent this message it is night time for him. 5 hours is not a long time believe me! I have had experiences where I contacted buyers several times, and they spent days to reply. As suggested above you could try to check his response time on his profile page to get an idea of how quickly he replies on average.

    Another thing worth mention is that the response time will tell you how quickly, on average, a seller responds to your message.. However, there is a bunch of social media sellers who never responds to your messages at all, other than upon delivery of your service as most of them are delivering their services rather quickly. That ultimately leads to rather low response time even though they might not communicate at all with you. Except upon delivery that is.

    If you're looking for a seller who'll discuss things with you, someone who's there for you in case of support or if you are facing issues, I simply suggest that you contact the seller through their inbox, before you order. Then you'll see if and when they reply.

    Great question! I believe response time does vary on the seller. My wife and I respond to our new orders and messages as soon as possible, sometimes within minutes! However, there are some sellers that do not respond until their work is done and deliver their order. Our response time is under 4 hours, which is actually higher than we would like it to be but that is something you definitely have to look into when looking to purchase services from sellers on SEOClerks. We like to keep our response time as low as possible so our clients know that we are serious about our clients and our business!
