Are facebook ads now accepting gambling sites?

hi

I saw some gambling sites on facebook ads, are they now accepting these sites that contain gambling as they were not accepted before.

Online real money gambling/games of skill: Ads that promote or facilitate online real money gambling, real money games of skill or real money lotteries, including online real money casino, sports books, bingo, or poker, are only allowed with prior written permission.

This means as long as you have written consent, then it is allowed. However, they don't have any information on how to get it so if you are interested, then I recommend you contact Facebook directly before submitting the ad.

Is it legally sites,iam also saw everywhere the facebook ads site appear in the right pages,i donot know is it allowed or not? But seems like are ilegall sites,many pop up ads when you click it,,

This is definitely allowed nowadays, and I suppose even Mark Zuckerberg decided to earn money from all these internet casinos and gambling sites, as it's most likely tons of money in it. He just couldn't stay away from it any longer

I can't say why they would allow sites with ads and pop ups, but if you're using adblock plus for instance, you'll probably not face this problem at all. Perhaps they do the same or perhaps they just approved some ads without reviewing it.

Online gambling ads fall under the Restricted Content category of Facebook's advertising guidelines. They are only allowed with prior written permission. There are alcohol, online pharmacies, supplements, and dating among others listed beneath restricted content, and so it does not appear to be that difficult to get approved for such ads. Ok, there is some restraint, but it does not fall under Prohibited Content, so I think that says something. Most likely you can get to publish such ads now on Facebook as long as you follow the rules and regulations that are set. I assume that one would have to contact Facebook directly to get such permission.

Yeah, Facebook is not accepting gambling sites on their social media platforms but I do not know if there is any restriction that would determine if you're accepted or not. I have seen some of those sites running their ads and I was surprised to see that as well.

Yes I have seen a lot of them each time I swerve on Facebook, I think it comes with permissions from Facebook to be able to have one on Facebook, the gambling sites are just like every other sites that want to get enough visits and subscribers to their site.
