    Just take it easy please and get rest. Stay in bed if you can and chill out with a good book or movie. Suffering From Fever Today !! Feeling weak :(

    Also hydrate well.

    Sometimes fluid loss can really make any sickness worse.

    If symptoms persist, please see a doctor as even a little illness can become something serious if not contained early.

    Sometimes I wonder why the nature made our body in a way that we get sick. It's really frustrating. I eat so healthy and I still catch fever many times a year.

    Take some rest. Make sure you sleep on time. And have taken atleast 8 hours of sleep. This way you can make sure that you are energized. And also it can be helpful when it comes to handling your health. I have tried it and found myself lot better after taking rest. Never reduce your sleep time. As that is known to have issues long term. Also sleep with positive thoughts. That is beneficial.

    Oh, not a good thread. Anyway, I wish that you will get well soon. Drink plenty of fruit juice, orange or pineapple. Take paracetamol and a lot of rest. In case the fever gets higher than 38 degrees, get a face towel and use cold water for a sponge bath. That will neutralize the fever. And most of all, don't watch tv. Resting your eyes will do you good.

    Wow! this was posted like quite some time ago, which is why I hope you feel better now. My recommendation, any time you feel bad, besides going to the doctor, take some home made advices... like drinking a lot of water, get some rest, try to do some blood test next morning, take some paracetamol, and try to talk to your physician if you don't improve by next day.

    I guess you have gotten better by now. One thing I am going to advise is that you always get enough sleep while working to avoid having health issues. I don't joke with my health and ensure that I take fruits all the days of the week.
