Is Amazon Prime worth it?

I shop on Amazon a lot, so I'm really tempted to buy the Amazon Prime service. But is it really worth it, for the $75 a year? Please tell me about your experiences with Amazon Prime and say whether or not you think it's worthwhile

And, free two day shipping on many Amazon items. That's well worth the price, considering I paid at least $10 for 2 day shipping once for an item from Amazon.
